Fluorspar Column
It has been four years that our company handles metallurgic fluorspar products. We make purchases from Mongolia, via the frontier port of Inner Mongolia where customs transfer formalities are gone through, to Free Trade Zone of Tianjin. Then fluorspar will be processed in accordance with the clients¡¯ requirements and exported to other countries, with the whole course controlled hermetically. We run everything well at present.
The particulars are in the following:
1. Purchase:¡¡Purchase is made as per the contract. In Mongolia, we have our own exclusively invested company, i.e. TYAN KHUA CO., LTD, with a register fund of USD10,000 and six employees for the moment. It has the right of import-export, in charge of the purchase, sales, and exploitation of fluorspar mine in Mongolia market, and of fluorspar trade as well as other business. Now it possesses a fluorspar mine of 500KM2 in area with fluorspar reserves under exploration. We established our own acquisition sites in the railway station of Mongolia, Airag, Bor-ondor, Chor and Bagrol to ensure quality and quantity.
 2. Transport:¡¡All of the fluorspar purchased is transported by train, packed in double-layer plastic knitted bags, 30 bags per train wagon about 60MT. The means of transport is international multimodal transport: bagging supervision at the railway station of Mongolia to ensure quality, weighing supervision to ensure weight, entrucking supervision and timely dispatch to ensure time of arrival, timely customs declaration in FTZ of Tianjin and receipt of customs declaration documents to ensure safe exit.
3. Processing:¡¡Our processing personnel are all full-time, long-term and quite experienced. To ensure that the goods are processed according to the requests of export in quality and size, we take on-the-spot checks every day and inspect samples each week. About 2500MT of fluorspar can be processed per month. We have a set of processing facility and thus goods of small size can be also available.
4. Commodity inspection:¡¡Fluorspar of small order is to be inspected by North China Mineral & Geology Testing Center of CNNC, while that of large order subject to the inspection result of SGS and to be delivered from warehouse only if qualified.
5. Port converging:¡¡We have fixed transport motorcade. We can grant timely and smooth port converging, weighing at the port, shipping supervision for goods in bulk, encasement in FTZ for goods to be transported in containers and port converging after container seal, no breakage or contamination.
We make a purchase of about 3000MT each month. Fluorspar of different specifications can be supplied, including CAF2:80%MIN, CAF2:85%MIN, CAF2:90%MIN, CAF2:95%MIN.
